Plenish Kitchen is not liable for any illness, injury, loss, or damages that may result from the consumption, handling, storage, reheating, or misuse of products after pickup or delivery. Customers are responsible for properly refrigerating and reheating meals according to provided instructions. Availability of ingredients, menu items, packaging, and preparation methods may vary without notice due to seasonal sourcing and supplier availability. Plenish Kitchen shall not be held liable or responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, foodborne illness, injury, health complication, loss, or damages resulting from the consumption, handling, storage, transportation, or reheating of any products purchased. Customers are fully responsible for properly refrigerating meals upon pickup or delivery and for consuming products within recommended timeframes. Plenish Kitchen Kitchen is not responsible for food spoilage, contamination, or reduced quality caused by improper storage, delayed pickup, failure to refrigerate, travel time, or misuse after products leave our possession. By completing checkout, the customer agrees to release and hold harmless Plenish Kitchen, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or legal actions related to the purchase or consumption of products.
