How does the Plenish Kitchen process work?

New menu items are released every Monday. Orders placed Monday–Friday are for the following week’s meals. Fresh meals are dropped off at all pickup locations every Monday and will remain refrigerated and available for pickup Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM–5:00 PM at your selected location.

Ordering opens every Monday and remain available through Friday until all available spots sell out. Because meals are prepared fresh in limited quantities each week, ordering may close early once capacity is reached.

We carefully source our ingredients from trusted local and high-quality markets, including Central Market, Burgundy's Local, and other local food suppliers in the Fort Worth area. We prioritize fresh produce, grass-fed meats, organic ingredients whenever possible, and products free from unnecessary additives and seed oils to create meals that feel both nourishing and homemade.

We focus on small-batch cooking to ensure freshness, flavor, and attention to detail in every order. Our menu prioritizes organic produce whenever possible, grass-fed meats, and seed oil–free ingredients for a homemade feel with elevated quality.
